Midwest Hockey Tournaments has secured room blocks for all out-of-town teams participating in our tournaments. As a condition of acceptance, all out-
of-town teams must stay at one of the following authorized hotels.
Any team whose home rink is greater than 75 miles from the tournament rink, will be considered an out-of-town team, and will be required to comply with
Midwest Hockey Tournaments’ hotel policies and procedures. Out-of-town teams must utilize a minimum total of 24 hotel room nights during the tournament
(as an example, 12 hotel rooms per night, for two nights, would result in a total of 24 hotel room nights during the tournament).
Team managers should reserve rooms by directly contacting the individual hotel representatives. Once a rooming list has been prepared, please submit
a copy to the tournament director. Failure to submit a rooming list to the tournament director (by 3 weeks prior to the tournament date) will result in your team
being withdrawn from the tournament.
